'66 Scout 800 Electronic ignition

Hey guys,

I'm new to the forum and did try to search so forgive me if this is something obvious. I've got a 66 Scout with the 152 I believe, could be 196, and a Holley distributor. I recently broke the breaker plate (if that's the proper term) where the points mount and I want to convert to electronic ignition. My problem is I'm unsure of the proper kit to buy and also having trouble finding a new plate or determining if any kit comes with a new plate. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated!

Can you please post some pics of your distributor with the cap off so we can see the innards and also the broken piece? IH used more than one type of Holley distributor over the years. Making proper id of what you have is the first step. Once that's done, a phone call to IH parts, the vendor that maintains this forum, during business hours May be the best course for making sure you get what you need.
