Restorable 1963 International 4 wheel drive crewcab with 6 cylinder in line engine. Very little miles, has sat for 23 years

This would be a 61 or 62. Most likely a 62, but the first vehicle tags / title was in 63. So the govt says it is a 63 on the title. They must be right.
