63-68 pickups

Being new to the IH's, doing some (alot) reading I have gotten the belief that the 63-68 pu are all basically the same, except for the grill and badges. Does anyone know if the doors are interchangeable? I have a 68 that I can not get the drivers door to fit worth a crap. The hinge pins seem pretty tight.

Did you lube them up when installed?

I found some of the problem, when the cowl was spot welded on it overlaps the dripedge (by the wing window) about an 1/8".
The passenger side is even with the dripedge. That closes the gap that much more. Now I wonder if I move the fender ahead a 1/16-1/8". Because I need more of a gap at the upper part of fender-door. Other than that the top, latch side and bottom looks pretty good.
