62 scout 80 part out

It was good but I swapt it with mine cuz mine was cracked.

Does it have the horn button assy (all the parts including spring down to the nut/steering wheel?

I am, actually, looking for that assy off a Scout 800, but the parts manuals say everything but the very top part is the same between Scout 80, Scout 800, Scout 800a and Scout 800B.
