446 valley pan

fixing swap heads out on a MV446 and why couldnt the vallley pan be deleted. and just use 2 gaskets and rtv for end seals. what is the purpose for the vallley pan.
and where could i get all the torque specs for heads,intake
 
Beyond that,
The valley pan is used to keep the intake manifold cooler and engine oil from burning on the exhaust crossover.
Complete torque specs would be available in a factory manual that we sell by application.
