42 pickup

Going to pick up a 42 pickup does not have wheels on it need to take 4 along but need to find out the lug nut pattern/ size & lug nut info thanks Bob

All you've given is the year of the truck. That isn't nearly enough information. Really, the seller should be responsible for answering those questions. He/she can count the lug studs and measure the spacing.
