345 v8 with TF 727 tranny

I have a running 345 v8 engine with a 2bbl carb, both need rebuilt but run ok, tf 727 needs rebuilt doesn't shift right and leaks tranny fluid. Asking 500.00 and I am in phoneix,az

engine and tranny came out of a 1972 1210 pickup that was on the road 8 months ago
 
If no one wants this by 3-16-11 land lord says that I have to scrap it :( willing to deliver if it is needed in az only.
