345 V8 and Trans - Looking to Trade

I have purchased my first Scout and have begun the restoration process (the first vehicle I have ever done). I am looking to trade the drive train (engine and trans) for a Dana 44 front axle with disc brakes. If anyone is interested please contact me. I am located in chico, CA which is just north of sacramento for those that May want to examine the parts. If you would like pics please let me know and I will email or post them.

I have d-44 do you still have drive train I need engine
