327 engine into 65 scout 80

Need some advise on putting a 75 chevy327 engine into my Scout 80. The Scout is set up for a Chevy 350 which I believe are the same motor mounts. I'll be using my t90 with the adapter for the 350. Does anyone know if that adapter works for the 327 also? As far as clutch, bellhousing, flywheel and power steering does anyone know what set up I need?

The early 327, unlike the 350 was built with cylinder heads without accessory holes. In that case you need low mount bracketry that utilize the 4 threaded holes on either side of the balancer.

If your 327 has 2 holes drilled into the front face of the cylinder heads you can swap all of the 350 stuff over.. Early heads can't be drilled safely.

Fyi the cut off for undrilled heads(early) was about 1968. After 1968 the 327 was considered a large main journal and it also had the extra holes..

All other stuff will work.
