304 LOPE

Did the v8 engines have an rv cam in it from the factory. Cause mine has a nice little lope in it. Motor is a 304 2v 3speed

No!

Gotta lope with an oem cam?...ya got tuning/mechanical problems. These motors are electric-motor smooth when properly tuned. Dead smooth, the internal moving parts weigh a ton man!

The only thang that shakes/bangs/lopes/vibrates is a pos cci/york a/c compressor. The cast iron tecumseh compressors are inherently smoother in operation.

I know the motor had a cam installed years ago but did not state if it was stock or rv. The whole truck is a basket case when I got it
