304 266, Same Intakes?

I think the answer is "yes"...but just want to make sure.

I've got a '74 304, intake has 6 welch plugs, the first of which rusted out. I'm having trouble finding the plugs locally. I've got this 266 intake (not sure of the year) and it only has 1 plug (new). Seems like a no-brainer swap to me unless there is some advantage to the 74 (I've blocked off the egr).

Sorry clunker, I totally missed your post. The manifold will bolt up. I've never had the opportunity to compare them in detail side by side. Compare runner size and plenum volume. If they are visibly the same you'll be fine. With the 2 barrel carb you won't likely see any difference.

Back up and running. I'm not saying there's a performance difference...but the dang thing cranks on half a turn and seems to have more low end grunt.
