I'm jealous, have a most excellent trip. Sounds like there will be at least two awesome IH Parts America built trucks there!

We had a great trip. Jim's tuareg is a grand vehicle and tows well.
I was a judge so naturally he got best in class!! Jeff's build was best as well but I lay no claim. It really was grand. Somehow he found four matching original tires - how did you do that Jeff??

Mike Ismail's travelette was nice as was Isa's entry. Do I sound like I like the Ismail guys? I do!

It is a big country. Just over 5500 miles here there and back again.the ride was good. The company was good. Even the storms in middle america were fun with lots of rain and lightening.

My austrailian buddy bas hacket and I drove a 67 pickup back for the 2007 hundredth anniversary.

If you intend to drive back from out here on the west coast the biggest concern is good company and I have been lucky both times.

I would like to take two weeks both ways next time which would allow time to stop at some of the interesting things along the way.
