2012 IHON CALENDER - Let the planning begin!

Ok guys it's time to start planning the annual IH Parts America calender for 2012. Just like last year we are accepting pictures from you our customer for this years calender. So if you have an IH orientated picture that simply looks like it belongs in a calender feel free to submit it. it must be your picture and please only submit one picture. failure to follow these simple rules May disqualify your picture. Once we have a sufficient amount of submissions we will take a poll and the top 13 pictures will be in the calender(IH Parts America has the right to change the top 13 submissions if we find the picture is not of quality or taste). Those whose picture make the calender will get a free calender. Please name the picture that you post so that it can easily be identified when this thread turns into a poll to vote on the pictures.

last day to submit a photo is Sunday, November 27. after that we will have a voting poll for one week.

also - we need dates of IH events!! If you know of a date of a IH show and want it added to the calender or a date of a IH related historical event please post it up. I will update this post with the calender dates as they are received.

March 23-25 - Arizona IH rendevous
April 20-22 - IH western regionals
July 13-15 - Binder Bee
July 27-30 - rmihr
October 5-7 - IH Sierra Fall Rallye
October 21 - last Scout to roll off assembly line this day in 1980.

Jeepeater - as per our rules please choose one of your pictures and delete the other.

Just a word of advice. Look at the back ground of the picture before deciding to post it. We want pictures that not only show a IH product but one with a nice back ground to it. I find most pictures shown out in a natural environment seem to display better. Please use the picture I posted as a good example. You are always welcome to change your picture selection up until we begin the voting poll.

Also keep in mind that the higher the quality of picture the more likely it will be to grab attention and thus votes. Also "action shots" or unusual shots are always crowd favorites.

And now for me to follow none of my own advice,

this is Jeff, Mike (acting a fool on the hood) and I cira 1994 I think in big sluice with a blown hub.

Taming calico


another event to add to the calendar would be ihwr 2012 the dates are from April 20th to the 22nd located in calico, CA....thanks again guys
 
I'm pretty sure other folks have better pictures of our photoshoot in front of the blackhawk museum than this, but here's one version. Please post up others that May be better. I'm sure Jeff can select the best one to put in for the voting.

Some great pictures! Its going to be tough deciding who to choose. Thanks and keep them coming!
 
Please, if you know of any dates of IH events across the country next year please let me know so that I can have it added to the calender.
