I copied this from another site. Hope to see lots of scouts and other ihs there this year
rubicon trail foundation's 8th annual cantina for the con is right around the corner and we are looking for volunteers to come out and show their support by helping out in the kitchen, raffle booth or take on one of the following lead roles. The event dates are labor day weekend 9/1-9/2. Event held in the loon lake spillway.
- vendor lead- in charge of communicating with the vendors on setup and anything that goes along with it.( what they May need and if they request being set up next to someone else or not to be set up next to someone)
-grounds lead- in charge of making sure the tents are in place and everything is ready to go. Including trash and recycling. ( I have layout drawings for tent placement and dimensions of spillway)
- volunteer lead- someone or more people that will handle all the volunteers coming in and placing them in their correct positions as far as area and time slots.
Of course any and all help if appreciated, but if you or someone you know that May be interested in a lead role or helping out at the event get in contact with me either by email wheelin85toy@yahoo.com Or by phone 916-458-1771.
