It might be a bit early, but let the dialog begin and see what takes place.

Good idea to plan early, as last year I did not have enough time to get the time off work for a mid week run. The water has been high all summer, but by then the water should not be an issue.

There is about 6 oregon guys and girls that plan on attending.
We're hoping to spend Thursday and Friday on the fordyce trail

I told my wife I would do henness pass. But I would love to run fordyce! That will take some taking into as she not big on level 10 trails.

On major trails there is going to be some carnage. So time lines can become blurred. We did a lunch run from buck to rubicon springs and got back about 10:30pm. Broken parts and trail conditions/traffic just took there toll.
So this is my dilemma, make the run, but possibly miss the rallye?
I would like to get back to dobbins before dark. Sunset is 6:38 on oct 7th.

Haven't had time to play much this year but would like to "try" to make it, is there a headcount? Wife's bday is the 6th and daughters is the 8th so I'd be a day trip if I make it.

Ethan's birthday is the 8th & he wants to go wheeling for his birthday.... I lucked out.

Wife say I should run fordyce:d

I got Friday off, but sounds like you guy might be heading in on Thursday? Request that day off just in case.

A cold front is come down in the next few days, so bring a warm coat for night time, and a tarp so your seat won't be wet in the morning from dew.

I get off work about 5pm tonight. Plan would be meet up with the gang thursdays morning. Cisco grove camp ground parking lot. (safest place to park)

Cool deal on the vid. I'm sure he will enjoy it next year.:cornut:

I've been down that line. Its tight as there a big crack on one side and a cliff on the other side.

I came up that during the fall IH run and its a pin it to win it.
Once you start up, your tail end slides over a foot or 3 and at that point you can't go back down to take a different line or you will flip. I've seen guys smoking their tires right there as they know, there no backing down. I should look to see if I have that on video. The guy was pulling a trailer too. :yikes: but it's was a big rig like jrads.
