2006 binder roundup scout 800

Hi I am trying to find out who the owner is of the Scout 800 is in this video I found on you tube of the northwest binder roundup in wa 2006.

I am about to build a 69 800, and would like to setup the lift, wheels and tires just like he did.

Without knowing exactly, I would suspect a SOA, sii axles, 3.5-3.75" back-spacing ("standard" bs), 15" x 8" or 10" wide wheels with a 35 x 12.5 (possibly a 33, but looks a little taller than that) tire.
