Dave, would you consider splitting these up? I'm only interested in the 200. I have cash and I'm based about two bills to your south near canyonville. The good and bad news is that I'm a long haul truck driver. First, the good news...work occasionally has me in the portland area, so an in-person pow-wow would be fairly easy to arrange. Now the bad...my free time tends to be a bit sporadic and limited, so the transport logistics could be troublesome. If I had more "pull" within the company I work for, I'd just hire a rollback at both ends of the trip to load and unload the pig onto and off of a flatbed on my way south...done and done, but alas I am just a noo-b/ pee-on and a cheap bastard to boot.

Well, think what you want regarding the many discussion from a lot of IH people, discussions from which you hear or see what others want you to hear or see. Bottom line, I did what I wanted with two pickup trucks I owned and got what I wanted from two pickups I owned. I find it interesting how they are being mourned as "classic internationals" after their demise and denigrated as anything but that when they were available. Clearly perspectives and perceptions can indeed change.

Sometimes, as it is in this case, it's not about the money but the principle. Your reaction, and that of many others, is exactly why they were crushed. Perhaps you and the others should step back from the picture a little further and reexamine your own actions. In the end, like it or not, you sometimes run into someone who will do the unexpected just to shake everyone's world. If yours is centered around trucks, classic or otherwise, and not the people in your life, then it is you who should be pitied.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend with whatever or whoever is important to you.
