For sale is my 1977 Scout traveler, has 37 inch goodyear m/t tires 1 ton dodge axles with rear locker and 488 gears. 727 trans Dana 20 tcase (have extra to go with truck) 345 engine freshened up top end with comp springs and a comp torquer cam. New Holley 500cfm 2bbl carb. Has high steer set up and goes lock to lock perfect. Drives straight down the road. Has Bilstein 5150 resivoir shocks in front and 5100 shocks in rear. Body is good but rockers getting rusty. Also needs rear floor pan. Has Chevy 52 inch leaf springs in front and stock Scout springs with lift blocks in rear. Rides like a caddy, fast in the trail with very good flex. This thing needs a little tlc, the trans needs a band ajustment, the tcase leaks but I have new one, and the rear diff (Dana 70) needs a pinion seal and a new wheel seal. The Dana 60 front is in good shape with a 1/4 inch diff cover on it. Hate to sell but times are tough. If I kept it I would do a cage and sliders because it is very capable never let me down.
