1976 Traveler $900
1976 traveler $900. As-is, where is, clean titled non op project. Your chance to build it your way.
I've done all the hardwork, getting the title! I've picked up two travelalls that are top of the priority list. Gotta let my project go. Was going to build a patriot or spirit of 76 tribute model out of this. Make it a terra or keep it a traveler, you decide.
Specs: blown-rod knocking 304, 4 spd, Dana 20 tc, Dana 44's with front disc brakes and 3.73 gears, trak lok in rear. 33 gallon tank (freshly boiled and sealed last month for $180), transmission, t-case and rearend all rebuilt within last 5,000 miles (receipts for $1800) before motor puked. Comes with a complete 304 motor, running when pulled, on the stand, if you want the 2000 pound jegs engine stand with the motor, I need another $150.
Tons of parts, 1/2 another traveler, and a tailgate if you want to make it a terra, seats are in good shape but need recovered, 2 low back buckets, 2 consoles locking, non locking, 2 rear traveler seats, the big ones! Interior parts, trim parts, extra sliders, correct rallye steering wheel (paid $100), extra back hatch for parts. Shop manuals, original owners manual, lots of stuff etc...
Rust, yep, rockers behind doors on both sides (d side is worst, p side is bubbling) and rear wheel wells on both sides, floor in cab cargo area only along seam adjoing cargo area to 18" traveler extension, some through, easily repairable with sheet metal from Jeff at IH Parts America.
