What's your reserve ceiling?

Photos of underneath are very dark. Need a better flash. Is the frame just dirty or is it crusty?

It's crusty and dirty I'll try to get some better pictures to post tomorrow thanks for your reply!

I think an afternoon with a pressure washer and a better camera might help sell the bottom of it a bit better.
