Po had never hooked the ac control vacuum lines back up after removing the cab. I have been looking for a diagram that shows where each vacuum line should go from the ac control module.

My control module has 6 places for a line to go. I will try and attach an image.

Any help is appreciated - post a diagram or tell me where to look etc...

I do have the manual and looked it up.. And in one pic it does show 6 ports but on the diagram it only shows 5..
Perhaps the other "one" isn't used?
It is hard to see the numbers too.
Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.
I would just cap off "#1" except for I have 6 vacuum lines.

My cab has also been off with the previous owner and I cant trust the colors.
I have :
a yellow
A green
A red
And 2 black.
The blue was missing so I replaced it.

I know where #2 and #3 route 2 properly
but where on the truck is:
#4 "fresh air recirculating vacuum control"
#7 "fresh air vacuum control"
#6 "a/c-heat vacuum control" (behind glove box I think)

then I can see what I have left over and if it needs to be hooked up or not.

Any help appreciated.

I'm also looking for some help with the vacuum control motor locations. I have the service manual that identifies the control module, but I'm not sure where all of the vacuum lines go. The only one I can identify is the vacuum tank under the hood that goes to #2 on the control module.

The four I need help with are:
#6 goes to the ac/heat vac control
#7 goes to the fresh air vac control
#3 goes to the defroster vac control
#4 goes to the fresh air recirc vac control

there is one vacuum motor behind the evap assy behind the glove box, another one on the heater housing under the hood and two behind the heater assy (1 center mast and the other closer to the gas pedal).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
