It didn't come with a manual or any additional papers other than the necessities.

This is a third or fourth hand truck. It served on a air force base , then bought by a fire dept. And used for a brush truck. Then my father bought it ,ran it hard for 4years and its been sitting for 20 or so years. I'm trying to fix it up by the end of the year.

I'm not sure exactly what engine it is yet but I'm going to find out by next week.

Especially looking for oil and lube info.

Any additional information you can give would be appreciated

here are the videos of it.

Welcome leo! The crew cab version of the IH pickups are called travelettes. The IH sv8 (small v8) engine family consists of 266, 304, 345 and 392 cubic inch displacements. All of which I believe, were available options in '69. There is an id pad above the fuel pump and below the exhaust manifold on that side. It is difficult to see and usually covered in a layer of grime. Another clue is the horsepower ratings stamped into the vehicle data plate attached to your driver side door pillar or the door itself. If that 4spd works and you know how to drive it, you'd be better off sticking with it than going back to the auto. If you don't know how to drive it, you'd do well to learn. The ability to drive a stick has sadly become a lost art among the most recent corps of driving age folk. Yes, I played your vids, so I know you're a young 'un. All that said, I have autos in both of my ol' binders and kinda like 'em...but I've done plenty of gear jamming and still do since my daily driver has a 5 speed. It really impresses the girls when you can drive anything with wheels.
Spend some time here in this forum in the various subheadings. Read through some of the threads. In time, you'll learn a lot about these old trucks. Also spend some time looking through the online store at the parts that are available.

One important note is that these engine have a bad habit of the cam bearings seizing onto the camshaft. This can be somewhat prevented by pre-oiling the engine before start up or even trying to turn it over. There plenty of threads on the "binder planet" that address this issue.
That is one cool truck!
