Hello,
Just want to say thanks for all the knowledge provided here, it's been very helpful. Also must say Thanks in advanced.
I just got a 1964 IHC Loadstar dump truck. Sn# SB-477020-F, V8 345, and on the transmission, the plate has T-35 on it with some numbers below it, I can't read. On the side of the casing is the # 592. I'm not sure of the of a shift pattern yet as I haven't fired it up, still waiting parts and time to work on it. But I was told by the previous owner that the clutch needs to be replaced and to order a clutch kit. I jumped in the cab and pressed down on the clutch pedal to see if it was frozen, seemed to okay. Although haven't tried it while running yet. So while reading many threads here and few elsewhere. I want to know is there a difference in trannnys for a mt123 or a t35? Also, Will any years, (long as the clutch size is correct), can be used for the clutch replacement repair?
Again, many thanks.
Carlo
