1964 IH 80 Fuel Tank

On my restoration I removed both tanks and had them cleaned, after re-installing them I'm not getting any fuel out of them. I have read about a tube in the tank, could this be my problem?

Yes, let's start by making sure the new fuel pump works. Drop a piece of hose into a fuel can sitting on the ground and let's see if it draws fuel from that.

Looks like the pump is bad guess I'll order a rebuild kit.
