Does any know if my Scout 2 196 trans will bolt to a 345 block? If so will the same clutch and flywheel work?

Which transmission are you considering from the Scout II w/196 engine?
An I-4 (152/196) flywheel is completely different from a flywheel for an sv engine, though the crank hub bolt pattern is the same. See this thread:

Which clutch to use is dependent upon what clutch cover the sv flywheel is drilled for...10", 11", or 12" (or all three).
