Holley 1920 Main Well/Power Valve Broken lever
Upon dis-assembly of my Holley 1920 on my 1969 Scout 800 (196 ci) I was somehow able to turn the main body inside the float bowl into a projectile. This resulted in the plastic economizer (power valve) lever breaking. The list on this carb is 3993.
I have another model 1920 from a 1970 Scout 800 with 6 cyl. The list on this carb is 4542 and it has the two stage power valve (having learned my lesson I did not break anything taking this one apart).
My questions are:
1. Can I use the 6 cyl main well/power valve on my 4 cyl?
2. If the answer to #1 is no, where can the get the little plastic lever?.
The information I read here:
http://www.forums.IHPartsAmerica.com/carb-tech/510-Holley-19xx-series-carb-stuff-2.html
Lead me to believe I could use either as the two stage is simply an improvement on a earlier model.
Thanks
