152 to 196 swap

I'm thinking about replacing the 152 in my 1964 Scout for a 196.. Can anyone tell me what problems I May encounter.. Does it just drop in, or is there fitment issues?? I've heard the there's clearance issues at the fire wall.
Does the bell housing fit? What about the hydraulic slave cylinder, does attach without problems?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Its a bolt in, depending on the year of the 196 that you use.

If its out of an 800, should be a direct bolt in, if its out of a sii you will need some more parts. Only the 800's engine is clocked the same as the 152, the sii's is not clocked at all. Use your bell housing and all is good. The 196 in my 63 required no mods.
