1310 4x4 Tie Rod?

I just bought a 73 1310 with a wrecker body on it. Old truck seems pretty good but at some point the tie rod broke and was welded together. I planned to just replace the entire thing but they seem to be unobtainium. This truck has the Dana 70 front axle with a U shaped tie rod behind the axle. The guys over at Red Power said IH Parts America was my best shot. Any ideas would be much appreciated!
