Hello All,
I recently bought a 1967 1200B. One of the rear wheel's is locked. I removed the tire and the brake drum. I cannot figure out how to put the brakes back together. The brake shoes are stuck on the drum.

Thanks,
Colin

When things are stuck, you can't beat heat. If you have a weed burner or a big propane torch heat the drums until they start to smoke.

Those drums are roached. Don't even worry about trying to get the shoes out. Toss all that shit in the scrap bin. You need new drums and a complete brake hardware kit plus shoes for both sides.
