1100a Traveall / 66/67 Truck Knobs 304 V8

Is there a method to remove the knobs from the Hand Throttle and Choke Cables? I need to replace and there is no set screw to remove them. :O

Pull it out, grab the shaft with pliers and unscrew the end? Don’t laugh I’m ........ bwaaaaaahahahha.

Thanks! I will give it a try. I was told there is no way to separate them!
