11” Angle Link to 12” Borg and Beck clutch

So it turns out my Travelall all had an 11” angle link clutch in it and I have a new 12 inch Borg and back and I’m wondering what else I need to get the 12 inch clutch to work because the throwout does not look like it will interchange. Any help would be appreciated.

That looks like a short collar throw out, is that what was with the old clutch or the new?

There is also a long collar throw out bearing

They physically fit in the exact same spot.

The new clutch, I just got from IHPA and the bearing in there is by itself. It has no collar.

Well you will have to put that collar on that input shaft and test fit if it has enough throw for that clutch. Otherwise you will need a long collar one.

What is the difference in height between the long collar and the short collar? I ask because currently the difference in height of the release arms is about a half inch and that is with the retaining bolts still in the 12 inch clutch. The part I bought is CLUTCH-KIT-12-BB-NEW if that helps
