Would a 1975 d200 with the 345 v8 require the emission style fuel tank?

Thanks for the inquiry. You have to look at your truck and see if it is equipped with a charcoal canister/vapor recovery chamber or non-vented fuel reservoir cap. The tanks are the same, with the emissions having extra ports (in which you can plug).
