Hollister Hills April 17, 18 and 19 2020

DOA has decided to wait until later in the year. So we are on are own. April 17,18 and 19 we will be at Sycamore back to are old ways, Pay at the gate and come join us. I am going to suspend the Chillie cheese Hot Dog lunch. I would like spend some time out on the trail and hanging out with everyone. Please Post up and let me know if this sounds good to you. I will post up a meeting in Jan. at the Pig

Works for me. I will try and make it for the whole weekend. But depending on rain. No wiper system. Oem wiper motor is shot and my spare is not much better

I wish I could come out. I really want to test out this "AWD" system my 1969 1200D claims to have. Sadly I already have plans that weekend. Definitely post pictures to this thread. I'd love to see what kind of rigs others show up with.

My scout should be ready to go by then. Both my spare axles are 95% complete. Along with fixing fuel delivery problem.

Getting back to Hollister. With the upcoming holiday next week, and me having a 4 day weekend, I should have enough time to swap in both my built spare axles into my scout. Replacing the failing trash lock diffs with ARB air lockers. As of last Sunday, I was able to drive it with out falling flat on its face when I step on the go pedal. Little fine tuning and new axles, I should be all set

I plan on being there Sunday around noon till 4 when it closes down. Its free except for the 15 bucks for parking.

Yes it is.

Sunday morning, I can roll out of my area between 9-10am, or earlier. Takes me about an hour to get down there. Maybe we can meet somewhere and have a bite to eat before we head over?
