dog dish hub caps on 15" wheels

wondering if anybody has mounted dog dish hub caps on oem 15" scout II wheels. looking at mid 70's 1/2 ton ford or gmc/chevy or dodge. if there is a cap that has been used, what was the id on the back side?

so after a little more research and measuring, looks like a cap with a 10 1/2 i.d. would work. this is the approximate distance of the nubs on the wheels. the front hub clearance hole needs to be about 4.5", at least with the '79 oem hubs.
