IH Parts America is excited to announce the upcoming relocation of our facility. We finally closed on a deal late last week that will more than triple our size. IHPA will be staying in Grass Valley moving up the road to a multi-building location expanding our square footage to over 9,000. As part of this expansion we will net an approx. 1500 sq. Ft show room, 1500 sq ft of office space, over 2000 sq. Ft of warehouse and a 4000 sq. Ft shop. As we progress along we will keep you, our customers, informed so that we can make this transition as smooth as possible. We intend to keep customer impact during our move to a minimum, however if there are disruptions we would greatly appreciate your patience while we work to bring you a bigger, better IHPA.

Do ya think a Scout will make it up that driveway? :yesnod: good to see someone's business improving in this lousy economy, must be all that hard work.

That's good news Jeff, it's great to see this all work out. I look forward to a drive up to take a looksee.

too early to share the address?

Oops. In all my excitement I forgot to post that. Address is 119 e. Mcknight way. We are next door to the chevron gas station.

Oh definitely. I have had my 800, sii, pickup and Travelall all there already and all did it with ease. Now ask me that question after we have some snow or ice.

Was up in Grass Valley this weekend and swung by the new location Saturday morning. Very impressed with what I saw. I drove the loop around, are all the building in there IHPartsAmerica's? Couple of guys were working hard in front of the first building, is that going to be the showroom? Once again very impressed with the place, looks top notch and can't beat the proximity to hwy 49. Word to the wise, have a functioning ebrake :winky:

congrats Jeff and company!

Thank you Matt for the positive comments. Yes all three buildings belong to us. The building on the right that the guys were working on is our showroom/warehouse. The house is two separate units that are being rented out as a studio in one and a office in the other. The big building up on the hill is the shop.

Yep definitely need a solid parking brake around here.
