I picked up 74 a week ago and this 72 this weekend. I was hoping to pull it out of the shop and get some better pics but it's either been raining or I've gotten off work past dark. I just can't wait any longer to get started on it so I snapped a few quick pics last night.
This 72 is somewhat unmolested. It had gun racks mounted inside the topper with screws run from the outside so I don't think the top has ever been pulled off. The interior looks to be all original. Not sure if the pto winch is after market or not, I still have a lot to learn about these rigs. The original 345 was pulled after the oil plug was knocked out and burned the engine up so it has no engine currently. It does have homemade lift shackles to accommodate the 33s. Other than that, lots of rust and untouched as far as I can tell. It had been sitting up for about 3 years and was not fun to get out of the hole it was in and up the hill onto my trailer. I ended putting one of the few dents it has on it with a tractor and box blade while pushing it up onto the trailer. Tic'd me off but, what do you do. Looking at setting up a winch on my trailer now, lol.
Forgive the multiple posts. It's the only way I can get pics loaded up on here from my phone. 1 pic per post or it errors out. Also, ignore all the junk piled up in my shop please. I'm working on remedying that now. In-laws and such decided my shop was for their personal storage. I've told them it's time to move out! Lol
