Anyone coming to the Rallye from Bakersfeild?

A buddy of mine just bought some axles for his Scout from a guy in bakersfeild CA and was going to have them shipped up to portland or. But since im going to be down at the rallye in a few weeks I could pick them up there if someone was willing to transport them from bakersfeild to the show.

there is an IH organization (scouts west?) in so cal. You might get a better response.

Sounds about right, then another 850 or 900 to get back to portland.
In an 8mpg truck, sounds do-able.

Hey! Betsy got 10mpg last trip. Might not be much but on a 1400mile round trip thats $140 difference!!
