The headers do not have a c.a.r.b number on them, but you can check the manufactures site. stan's headers, standard and custom high performance header designs for automotive and marine engines.

Yes they are legal in California. Most smog technicians if they know what they are looking at will pass them. The smog pumps air injection rails go into the cylinder head so none of that component is affected. The heat riser for the air filter can still be installed with a very basic kit from most any auto parts store including us.
