I need a radiator for the love of my life. Yes my Scout. She needs one badly. In working condition please. I live in rio linda (sacramento) and would like to be able to pick it up with in a few mile radius. I have a manual tranny so no tranny cooler needed, just the radiator. This is the last piece to my puzzle. Help me out. If you have a relitively new one or aluminum I could trade up with a new yellow top optima battery still in the plastic with this years date on it. Just a thought. Help you, help me. Letr me know. Thanks

If ya cannot get one soon, then ya might give a call upto the guys at IH Parts America. They do have aluminum radiators as a direct replacemnt. Check them out here And, the last time I checked a few weeks ago, with the new batch that Jeff has been working on, was on sale. When I was there at the shop, we basically didn't have a chance nor the time to discuss it. But I actually forgot about it when I was there:mad2:

the two spares that I have are crap. One has a few holes in it from me being a complete & total dumb @ss. And the other is kinda warped from being envolved in a barrel roll. At this point, theses two are only good for the recycling change

Hahaha well those do me no good. But its ok. Only trying to spend like 50-75 bucks on one or a trade for a nice on maybe with cash if need be. Havent really looked really hard yet, just thought I'd check my fellow people. Dont want to be screwed by someone who doesnt give a shit.

Lol no kidding. And if I didn't care or gave a shit, I would have offered ya one of my two spares. But that aint happening. Besides, there's more than a few people in here that know me and know where I'm at

off topic***

since you're fairly close, you might think of stoping by during one of the next work days I have here in my space. Already had one member inquiring about it recently. So I May schedule up one soon

I dont think I follow. What are you talking about your "space"?

I have a 2600 sqr foot shop space. Which is where I do all my wrenching on my scouts. Rain or shine - 24/7 if need be. It's here in richmond. Off richmond parkway, on the way towards san rafeal from where you are located. We had a couple Scout work days here already. During the last one in January, it took roughly 6 of us about an hour to strip my 74 down to the tub, frame and motor/trans. With the axles still in place too. The axles will soon be swaped into my current running 73 Scout at some point.
