Maybe it is time to combine a few of the ham radio ones -- the 'why ham' and 'ham equipment'. Maybe put them all together in one ultimate IHSTO ham thread. I have no idea how hard it is to 'merge' threads - but if it could be done without much effort - it might be worth it.

Then we would have more room for new stickies!

The other ones are all timely and relevant - and very nice to have right up top.

I'll work on this, I haven't used the merge feature yet to try this, it does work for some other scenarios.
 
Actually, haven't these threads outlived their usefulness?
Those in the nerd brotherhood already know each other and the stuff contained in the threads. It seems there is no interest among the non nerds, so why not unstick 'em?
It's not like they will go away.

Stickee proliferation, like government proliferation s not a guud thang! So the nerds need to appoint a committee to study this for a couplea years and then git back to me!
 
Even easier than merging: add a link to the 2 other threads in the first post of the call sign thread and keep the call sign thread stickied. Unsticky the other ones and let them fall away....

Heck Mike roth could do the links and mayben could unsticky the items and we'd be done in 2 minutes...
 
See...these geeks are like the government scruus, they can't even appoint a committee to have a meeting to negotiate a settlement to come up with a single solution that is agreeable to all!

Once you kids agree to what you want to see happen, I will make the change.
