swap in 5 speed transmission?

I have an 80 traveler with the stock Nissan td engine and Dana 44 transfer case. Is there a 5 speed manual transmission I can swap in to replace the borg warner 4 speed (stock also) that exists? Related to that: what is the bell housing spec for the Nissan td?

I want to start a drivetrain/ suspension overhall on one path so I don't have to go back later and redo. Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

Missed your thread earlier so sorry for the delay in posting. We are in the process of having an adapter kit made that will allow the direct bolt in of a nv4500 behind the IH 152/196/266/304/345/392 v8 as well as the Nissan diesel. I have been testing the combo for quite some time in my 345 powered Scout II and it works great. Currently we are having a difficult time finding a manufacturer that can economically build us the input shaft but once we do the kits will be available. Keep in mind with this conversion you May need to change transfer cases but will certainly have to install new drive shafts and a new cross member.
