I tend to post a lot of stuff in the IHSTO forum and as a way of braking out of my shell. I thought I would put a few of my ihs here.
this...1977 SSII 196 4spd

became this. Then was sold.

1976 patriot traveler: v8 auto. Sold to IHSTO club member. Awaiting resto.

1972 Scout II 2wd right hand drive postal Scout

became this and then was scrapped..

but the wheels were put on this. 1073 Travelall 1010 with a 392 auto This has been sold.

1962 bc-170 back country fire truck 4x4 304 4spd 6.77 2.5 ton rockwells.this is now Jeff's at ihon.

1957 s-100 6cyl 3spd on the tree. Awaiting resto to be my daughters first car. I have 2 1/2 years..

1975 Travelall 2wd 345 4spd 3rd row seat. This is how I found it. It is now in storage.

Nope you are right that's just a taste... I'll continue to post up the ones I have pictures of. Here are a couple more....

I think this was a 1969 it was parted due to very rusty floors.

1980 traveler with an na diesel. This was sold.

1975 392 auto wating in storage.

Hi I am new here pleas have sum patient with my spelling
I am from belgium and am dislectic
I reasently bought a Scout 2 traveler v8 345 and the person I bougt it from haze the line set tiket (I dont have the papers jet)
an he sead that the custemer was (an American ski team)
the car is soo rust and incomplete tha I saved it from the
scrapyard
it haz an opening for a sun roof (I dont know if this is original)
the scouts sold as ski pakidges where patriot scouts
duz enny une have more information on this truck
the car is far from home so I cant go there verry often

The information you provided is for a 1979 Scout II.
(100" wheelbase)
15-02-79 May well be the build date of February 15, 1979.

The us olympic ski team used the 1976 Scout II, patriot edition, which was a trim option (mostly paint scheme, stripes, etc).
The winter olympics were in innsbruck, austria that year, as I recall.

Sorry ther haz been a mis understanding
the frend I bought the Scout from had about 22 lorrys ov International in hiz colection an he sold olmost all ov them olso he had about 4 or 5 scouts and somhow he switcht de identifacation plates so he thinks he gave me the rong chasis number and most probably the rong birthyear
