Work day/BBQ - Saturday Feb. 9th or 23rd

I'm throwing out those two dates. I figured most people will be doing the ole vd day dance on the weekend of the 16th with thier better half.

This work day doesn't necessarily need to be specific to vehicle repair

will either of these dates work?
