Just an fyi but Scout II's with a tilt steering column did not come factory with lock plates in them. Why I don't know but I have yet to see one with it. All straight columns of course had the steering wheel lock feature.

Guess that explains why I cant find mine. It never existed. Jeff do you happen to have a photo that shows how a Scout 2 tilt column went back together?
