• the 4th annual May workday will be Sunday, May 13.
• we're going back to cliff's place in walnut creek.
• you will still bring all your tools and equipment needed for the day, but for the most part we will have access to the shop’s facilities. Details of this will be posted up later on.
• doors will probably open by 9:00.
• plenty of work room.
• bring your e-zup’s
• byodrinks and munchies.
• lunch - bbq
• please post up if you are planning on coming so we can buy the right about of food.
• start planning and post up your wants & need-to's.

I can come help other folks out what tools would be needed to I have alot of fabrication tool that are mobile... Tube bender, notcher, plasma cutter chop saw welders... I peersonally dont need any work done but im always willing to help others
 
It's getting close.

I will be using one of the lifts to replace my front inner axle seals...
I'll be adding after market outer seals as well.
If there is time, my real main seal is leaking (sbc 350).

There was discussion a while ago to have cliff's friend tim do a demonstration/seminar on setting up some d44 gears.
Is there still interest in this?
We will need a "demo" unit (out of rig w/all new install parts would be best), so it might be an affordable option for someone looking to get them done that day. (we'd need to pass the hat for his time).
 
I need a set of axles done, I have all new install kits and gears just need someone to do the work. How much would he charge to do this, while we all learn....
 
I have to talk with him about it.
I'm guessing $100-$200 to do one.
Time constraints would limit it to one I think.

Cliff is on fordyce until Sunday, so I can ask him early in the week.
 
I talked to cliff today & he is good with moving it to May 20th.

I can't make the 13th because of mother's day.

Is everyone good if we change the date?
 
Looks like not very many people are interested in having a work day on May 20th.

Looks like this should be cancelled/post-poned to a future date.
 
I would if I could on either date. I have been having other obligations. Plus my beast is in limbo at the moment. Maybe at a later date
