I need a wiring harness for my 77 Scout II. I got this Scout a while back and the wiring harness is chewed up from sitting 10 years in the brush and at some point it got hot and a lot of the wires have melted coating. Unless someone knows where I can buy a new one for a hundred bucks or so(yea right).
You be better off getting a complete new harness. Not really worth the major peta of a headache with used old wiring. IH Parts America has kwikwire kits available. Bare minimum for a Scout II would be the 14 circuit. If you wanna add power windows & locks in the future, the 22 circuit Version would work fine.
