Winter Nationals - Hollister 21-23

In November?

No guarantees, but I just might have my 73 beast ready by then. Slowly collecting additional new parts needed to accomplish something.

*** information and planning***

please read if you plan to attend

This year we are pleased to announce our return to area 5 which we will be sharing with the dysfunctional rockcrawlers – tdo group. This will keep costs down for both clubs. Area 5 is by reservation only and is a large area with bathrooms, showers and more.

As in years past we will have our famous chili cheese hot dog lunch on Saturday. Saturday night we will have a carne asada dinner with rice and beans. After dinner, we will have movie night for the kids.

The cost for the weekend is $25. This covers camping Friday night and Saturday night, park access, the chili cheese hot dog lunch, and carne asada dinner. Each extra vehicle is an additional $20 and each extra head is an additional $5. If you plan to attend, please post your confirmation and head count as we must have a total by March 17th.

This year looks to be exceptional with plenty to do for everyone from stock to wild modified.

I plan to be there. My name is ivan, kevin has been helping me build my rig.

I'll be there with my wife and son. And Scout 74 will likely have his son. Our boys together could probably be counted as one meal. I know dave was looking for a head count for the meals.

*edit* I hadn't read craigs post. Haha, not trying to save a buck with the kids, as far a head count goes. My little guy and Scout 74's little guy are both little guys. Won't need as much food as I would.

As much as I would love to attend, it's starting to look like I May not get one of my rigs rolling in time :blush2:

All -

I've updated the headcount. This event is only 3 weeks away so I plan to keep things updated going forward. I know there are more folks than I have listed as not everyone has included their guests / passengers. If you don't see the appropriate number next to your name let me know and I'll update. We will only have enough food for the confirmed headcount, all others are on their own.

Ps, no charge for kids under 10

cheers,
cheese

I am a plus 1(sal)
stacy and 1 are tenative
my budy gabe and family are tentative (could be 5 + 3 if his brother comes too,not sure )

I just got off the phone with carl hill and he will be joining us for the weekend and his count is 1. I called kevin simpson and asked him to see if he could get in touch with dustin ( niner Scout ) to see if he would be able to join us.so add to the count 1 for carl and 2 for my friends hector and letica who will be cooking dinner for us on Saturday night.

I will make it for the weekend, have been holding out because I really wanted to do the death valley trip, but things have come up that eliminate that one. For now head count of one.
