Windshield frame to hard top seal, Scout II install

I bought the seal a while back and just getting around to install it. I figured out how most of the seal attaches to the top, but the ends are a mystery. There are two piece that stick out and would like to install it correctly.

Sorry for the late reply. Those end pieces fill the gap between the hardtop and windshield frame at the rain gutter. If that doesn't make sense let me know as I'll be glad to find/take a picture to show you how it looks installed.
 
I got close to getting it installed and figuring it out, but the ends don't stay in place. Are you using spray glue to hold the gasket in place. Any other tips. Thanks
 
No glue needed. They just shove into the gutter track to fill the gap. Do you want me to take a picture of one installed and post it up?
