I know some of you May have seen this on bp but I thought I would share this here also.
I gotta tell you this, the wife and I attended a funeral yesterday out in the boonies of nebraska. It had snowed 2" of wet snow overnight and the cemetary had zero for rock or concrete drives and it was on top of a hill over looking a beutiful river valley.
Anyway after me and couple of guys hand pushed a couple of little cars back on to the road I noticed one of the funeral home big suburbans was stuck at the bottom of the hill (4x4) and my wife and I drove the Scout. Well a big 4x4 dodge went down to pull the sub out and made it about 6' and he lost traction. So here comes my Scout to the rescue!! Ta da!
I backed up to the dodge while he was still chained to the sub tied on a 20" tow strap and gave the girl h_ll. I pulled both of them up the hill to safety lol I am sure they helped some but it must have been quite a sight to see the Scout pulling 2 trucks up the hill to the road.
Even the wife was giving the Scout a "pat on the dash" saying good old girl. Lol
my wife's aunt was the one we buried and she was a rural ne farm girl from day one so I am sure she was laughing at the ordeal as they put her in the ground.
Made a kinda sad day a little brighter.
