what heads are these?

I have some heads with the casting#216365-r5 can anyone tell me what they fit?

Will these work on my 1979 v345

I don't believe so. They're non-improved cooling heads, the water ports won't match the block.you need late model 345 heads. Jeff

Thats to bad these are nos International parts.. Do you know what these heads value is?

I sure don't. Everybody is using the imp cooling blocks now. The non-imp cooling blocks are the only 1's you can use older 345 heads on to boost compression.
